• Web Master 
  Must have a minimum of 5 years in financial web applications and design. Must be able to adapt to quick changes in the lending and mortgage industry. Able to place fresh and news worthy content in a changing market place. Primary responsibility will be to keep web site operative 24/7. Requires a minimum of a Bachelors degree in computer science.

• Web Developer / Programmer
  Must have a minimum of 5 years in financial web development and multi language applications. HTHML. Java, XML, Graphics Applications. Upper level mathematics formulas and financial analysis work required.  Minimum requirements are a Bachelors degree in  computer science  and mathematics. Prefer Masters Degree.

• National Marketing Manager 
  Must have a minimum of 10  years in marketing management and development in commercial lending.  In depth knowledge of the market place and product development. Able to identify and promote our wide variety of loan products to a targeted audience.

• National Sales Manager
  Must have a minimum of 7 years financial sales background and marketing background. Proven management experience as a team builder and in mentoring others.  Must have solid experience in financial marketing, commercial lending and residential mortgage industry. Requires a Masters degree with emphasis in marketing, management or business
  
  
• Sales Executive
  Must have a minimum of 5 years sales. and marketing residential and or   commercial lending. Proven performer to present  loan  products to a wide audience. Effective communicator with well developed referral sources.  Our culture promotes from within. Seeking team builder  and mentoring qualities to aid others to achieve their professional and financial goals. Opportunities to advance to Branch Manager. A Bachelors degree is the minimum requirement  with emphasis in business, finance, marketing or management..
  

• Marketing Representative
  Must have a minimum of 3 years of marketing residential loan programs with emphasis to  local real estate offices. Will consider non mortgage marketing experience with a strong ability to rapidly absorb iindustry information.

  Seeking effective communicator to highlight various loan program offerings. Prefer individual with well developed referral sources. Our culture promotes from within. Seeking team builder with mentoring qualities to aid others to achieve their professional and financial goals.  Opportunities to advance into Sales Executive, Loan Processing or other areas of interest. A  Bachelors degree is the minimum requirement with emphasis in business, finance, marketing or management.

• Mortgage Loan Processor
  Must have a minimum of 3 years of mortgage loan processing experience. Familiar with  FHA, VA, Conventional, FNMA, USDA  lender requirements.
  Must collect the needed documents in a timely manner to  complete the loan file. Able to upload files using DU, LP and  handle the Loan Operating System. Will consider individual with strong administrative and time management skills. Prefer a Bachelors degree in business, accounting or other discipline requiring analytical skills. Advancement opportunities made available as they  arise.
