We do not sell your information to third parties. We do share certain aspects of your file in order to be able to close your loan. These 3rd party services will include Title companies Appraisal and Survey services. They will have pertinent information sent to them such as the property address involved in the transaction, the sales price, property type whether this is a refinance or a purchase.
